Live Plants and Related Products
Due to the sensitive nature of live plants, all sales of live plants and planting services are final. Live plants are living organisms that can be affected by various factors such as environmental changes, repotting, and natural adaptation to new soil conditions (e.g., pH, moisture, root handling).

While our team follows professional repotting practices, we cannot offer refunds or returns for any damage that may occur during or after planting, as even minimal root disturbance may impact plant health.
Non-Live Plant Products
We gladly accept returns and offer full refunds for non-live plant items, such as potting mixes, pots, tools, and decorative accessories, if the item is found to be defective due to a manufacturing or product fault.
Please note that:

Items damaged due to mishandling or improper use after purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

All return or refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Proof of purchase (digital or physical receipt) is required for all returns. Returns without a receipt will not be processed.
