At Grow Nature, we value our loyal community of plant enthusiasts. Our Membership Program is designed to reward and connect with our customers through exclusive perks, promotions, and experiences. By joining as a member, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility

Grow Nature’s membership program is open to individuals aged 18 years and above only. By registering, members agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Only one membership account is permitted per individual.

How to Join

Joining is simple—just complete our online registration form with the required personal details. Once submitted and accepted, your membership is activated immediately, and you can begin enjoying member benefits.

Please note:

  • Only one account is allowed per person.

  • Membership accounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared, gifted, or inherited.

  • We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the registration and reject duplicate or suspicious entries.

Membership Benefits

As a Grow Nature member, you'll receive:

  • Exclusive promotional prices and discounts for members only.

  • Priority access to new launches, limited items, and exclusive collections.

  • Birthday perks such as birthday vouchers or complimentary gifts.

  • Points reward system to earn and redeem on future purchases.

Points Collection & Redemption

  • Members earn 50 points for every RM50 spent, equivalent to RM1 in redeemable value.

  • Points can be fully redeemed on the next purchase.

  • Points are calculated based on the net payment amount (excluding discounts and delivery charges).

  • Cents are not included in point calculations (e.g., RM79.90 = 50 points).

  • Points can only be used by the account holder and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and valid for 1 year from the date of collection.

  • Points not used within the validity period will automatically expire.

Membership Validity & Fees

Currently, Grow Nature membership is offered as a lifetime membership. However, we reserve the right to introduce a yearly renewable membership with an annual fee in the future.

When this change is implemented:

  • Existing members will need to pay the annual fee to continue enjoying benefits and keep their points active.

  • Advance notice will be given through:

    • Email announcements

    • Website updates

    • In-store signage

We are committed to transparent communication and ensuring a smooth transition should any changes arise.

Misuse & Termination

Any misuse of membership privileges, including but not limited to:

  • Using another member’s points without their consent

  • Falsifying information

  • Attempting to manipulate the point system

…will result in immediate termination of the membership. All benefits, including unused points, will be forfeited. We reserve the right to take further action if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Data Privacy & Use

We respect your privacy. Your personal information (e.g., name, phone number, email) will be:

  • Used only for our promotional and marketing purposes

  • Stored securely in our private database

  • Never sold or shared with third-party marketers or unrelated companies

In accordance with industry best practices, your data may also be used for:

  • Transactional communications

  • Reward tracking

  • Targeted promotions relevant to your interests

Account Activity & Inactivity

We may introduce a policy for account inactivity in the future (e.g., no purchases or engagement for over 12 months), which may lead to deactivation. If introduced, members will be notified in advance.

Dispute Resolution

For any concerns regarding points, membership status, or misuse:

  • You may contact us directly via email, WhatsApp, or in person.

  • Please provide your registered email or phone number and any relevant receipts or documentation.

  • Our team will assess the issue and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Policy Updates

Grow Nature reserves the right to revise this policy from time to time. All updates will be:

  • Posted on our website

  • Communicated via email to active members

  • Displayed in-store where relevant
