🌿SHOPPING WITH US

Can I order plants online?

Not just yet — but we’re working on it! Soon you’ll be able to order online and have your plants delivered right to your door. Stay tuned and subscribe for updates 🌱

Can I still buy plants from you?

Yes! Come visit us in-store. You’ll get to see the plants up close, and we’re always happy to help you choose the perfect leafy companion.

Do you sell plant pots and accessories?

Absolutely. From minimalist ceramics to woven baskets and watering cans, we’ve got everything you need to style your plants right.

Can I buy a gift for someone?

Yes! While we don’t offer in-store gift wrapping, we do provide handwritten notes to make your plant gift extra personal. Just let us know what you'd like to say 🌿💌

Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

We sure do. Offices, events, or retail — we love helping green up spaces. Reach out to us in-store or via our contact form for a custom quote.

🪴PLANT CARE & ADVICE

I’m new to plants — where should I start?

Our Easy-Care Collection is perfect for beginners. They’re beautiful, low-maintenance, and forgiving if you forget a watering (or three).

Are your plants safe for pets?

Some are, and we clearly mark them in-store. Be sure to ask one of our staff if you have furry friends at home 🐾

How do I know if it's overwatered / underwatered?

Feel the soil! If it’s soggy, it needs a break. If it’s dry and crumbly, time for a drink. We offer printed or QR-code care guides to help you out.

 

Why are my plant’s leaves turning yellow?

Could be water, light, or even just adjustment stress. Feel free to bring a photo to the shop — we’ll help diagnose the issue.​

Do I need to repot my plants?
If your plant is outgrowing its pot or roots are escaping, it might be time. We also offer pots and repotting tips in-store.

🛍️IN-STORE PICKUP & FUTURE DELIVERY

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes — all purchases are currently in-store. When online ordering launches, we’ll also offer an easy click-and-collect option.

 

Do you offer delivery?

Not yet, but it’s coming soon! We're preparing local delivery options so you can have your plants delivered safely to your doorstep.

 

What happens if my plant gets damaged during delivery (once available)?
We'll have a green-thumb guarantee in place! Stay tuned for our delivery policies once we launch online orders.
 

🌱FUN & PLAYFUL

Can I name my plant?
You absolutely should. Our staff has met plants named “Cheryl,” “Kevin,” and even “Planty McPlantface.”
 
Do plants really purify the air?
Yes! Many indoor plants help clean the air, lower stress, and make your space feel alive and fresh.
 
Is it normal to talk to my plants?
Completely. In fact, they respond better when you show them love — compliments included 💬💚
 
Can plants get lonely?
Maybe not in a sad Netflix-drama way, but they do enjoy company. Some even grow better with friends nearby!
 
Do you offer plant workshops?
Yes! We run workshops on repotting, plant care, and styling. Ask in-store or check our Events page for upcoming sessions.
 
Why does my Monstera have holes in its leaves?
That’s totally normal! They’re called fenestrations, and they’re your Monstera’s way of showing off.
I’ve killed a cactus before. Is there hope for me?
100%. We've got the perfect plant to start fresh — and we’ll teach you how to keep it thriving.
